Job Description :
Under the supervision of the Director of Quotations, the main function of the internal representative for edp electric is to respond to rapid price requests for electrical products. The incumbent works closely with all teams at edp.

- A college level is required to fill this position unless you have relevant experience that could be considered equivalent ;
- Be fully bilingual (French and English), with very good writing and speaking in both languages;
- Having experience in the electrical field is an asset;
- Have the ability to constantly follow up with various stakeholders, in a respectful manner, in order to ensure that we respond to customers within a reasonable time frame;
- Have the ability to negotiate taking into consideration all parameters;
- Be a good listener;
- Have an eye for detail and a developed sense of organization, work rigorously;
- Be able to assume several tasks simultaneously;
- Have the necessary skills to work in a team;

- You have good skills in interacting with customers via telephone and emails;
- You can receive calls from customers in order to respond to customer requests for information often within a very short time frame;
- You are able to enter and transmit orders to different manufacturers;
- You are skilled at following up on deliveries and notifying the customer;
- You are able to carry out after-sales service activities;
- You have the skills to offer professional, prompt, courteous service while ensuring that relevant information is communicated to all customers;
- You are able to carry out all other related tasks
