Accounting Technician

Job Description :

Your main function will be to ensure that the records are made in the accounting system so that decisions can be made based on the accounting data listed. You will report to the Financial Controller and will work in close collaboration with all members of management as well as all edp teams.

Open and sort mail;

Check supplier invoices against the purchase order (price and quantity);

Record verified invoices in the accounting software;

Reconcile transport and customs accounts with purchases;

Gather the documents necessary for invoicing;

Issue and save the customer invoice in the accounting software;

Follow accounts payable and receivable (teamwork);

Complete the “sales journal” table;

Carry out the complete accounting cycle gradually when the achievements and knowledge of the company accounting will be mastered;

Execute any other projects requested by Management;

In our eyes, you are a dazzling candidate if:

You have a college level relevant experience that could be considered equivalent;

You have knowledge of Dynacom software (an asset);

You are totally bilingual in French and English, with very good written and spoken skills in both languages;

You master the Office Suite (Excel advanced level);

You are able to write simple and succinct texts taking into account the importance of spelling and syntax in the delivery of all documents;

You have communication and interpersonal skills;

You have the necessary skills to work in a team;

You are able to take on several tasks simultaneously;

You understand and appreciate the dynamics of an agency of 60 employees;

You have the ability to listen well while being able to maintain concentration in an open environment;

You are organized and structured;
